Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the Product for any reason, RayAir Supply LLP (RAS). provides a money back return policy upon a purchase. Refund requests must be made directly to RayAir Supply’s (RAS) Customer Support Center at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or through the marketplace in which the product was purchased. All refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by RAS. RAS is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to RAS, nor is RAS liable for return shipping costs. Promptly following RAS’s receipt of your request and arrival of return product (typically within three (3) business days), RAS will credit the amount paid for the returned Product to the credit card or Marketplace you used to make the original purchase.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, RAS does not control when a specific credit card company or Marketplace processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company or Marketplace if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. Upon receiving the returned product RAS will inspect the Product and issue a refund. If the product is the wrong size and you would like the correct size, you are required to ship the product back to RAS at your expense. RAS will inspect that all contents are received in an acceptable condition. Shipping of the correctly-sized product back to the Customer will be at RAS’s expense.

RAS will not provide a refund for a request that is received by RAS more than thirty (30) days after the date of original shipment. RAS also does not provide a refund for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use, or an act of God. Refund only available to the original purchaser through a RAS authorized selling network. Refunds can be denied if Products purchased through an unauthorized reseller(s), drop shipper(s), or wholesaler(s) of any RAS products.
