Electronic Air Filter

This product is manufactured by Perry Air Manufacturing (“Perry Air”) and sold by its sole distributor Ray Air Supply. Ray Air Supply is providing the following written warranty directly to the customer. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the filter.

Ray Air Supply provides a three (3) year limited warranty on the EF1 electronic Air Filter standard. Ray Air Supply warrants that all materials and workmanship will be new, of good quality, free from any faults or defects, and in conformity with the purchase documents (the “Warranty”). The Warranty specifically covers any defect in materials or workmanship on the electronic power head and all other filter components. The Warranty does not apply to the replaceable filter media designed for the EF1 electronic Air Filter standard.

The Warranty period commences on the original date of purchase of the product. Inquiries and claims related to warranty coverage must be promptly made to Ray Air Supply. Customer must have a copy of the original sales receipt or other written evidence of the date of purchase.

The Warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation labor costs or other expenses. It also does not cover shipping costs. Further, the Warranty shall not apply and will become void if the damages, defect, or malfunction was caused in whole or in part by:

  • abuse, alterations, misuse, or neglect;
  • improper or insufficient maintenance;
  • normal wear and tear and normal usage;
  • use not in accordance with the printed directions;
  • failure of supplementary ventilation components;
  • non OEM replacement media pads used;
  • excessive voltage;
  • purchase from unauthorized reseller, drop shipper, wholesaler or;
  • acts of God such as flooding, water, or fire.

The EF1 electronic filter may arc when first plugged in. This is a normal situation which may be caused by moisture trapped inside the filter pad. This should correct itself after adequate airflow dries out the media pad. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Doing so may void the warranty and could cause personal injury or damage to the product.

The Warranty shall be interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with venue regarding any disputes or claims under the Warranty being in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Replacement Media Pads

Replacement media pads honor a thirty (30) day warranty from the date of shipment. Ray Air Supply warrants Product(s) will be free from defects in title, material and workmanship. This warranty is available only to end-users (the “Customer”) that purchase the Product(s) from Ray Air Supply. Ray Air Supply is not liable for the void of any warranty or impact to any third party manufacturers’ product by use of Ray Air Supply replacement pads within. For the purpose of these warranties, a defect is determined by Ray Air Supply after its good faith investigation. Our replacement pad warranty and service is only available to the original purchaser through a Ray Air Supply authorized selling network. No warranty, service or product updates will be extended to purchases, even of otherwise “new” products, through unauthorized reseller(s) or drop shipper(s) of Ray Air Supply products.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, WORKMANSHIP, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE SALE OF THE PRODUCTS COVERED HEREUNDER
